1. What cookies and local storage are
Cookies are small values stored by a website in your browser. Similar technologies include local storage and session storage. They can keep a session active, remember a preference, protect a request or help operate a service.
This policy covers hyprcart.com and HYPRCART's own account surfaces. A merchant storefront created with HYPRCART is operated by that merchant, which must provide its own cookie information and consent configuration for technologies it enables.
2. Current use on hyprcart.com
The public marketing site currently does not intentionally set non-essential advertising or audience-measurement cookies. It may use strictly necessary storage and network signals for the following purposes:

Exact names may change for security or provider reasons. We assess a technology by its function rather than its name.
3. Optional services
External identity sign-in, subscription checkout, support widgets, analytics or other third-party functions may store or read information only when the function is offered and used. We will update this policy and obtain prior consent before using non-essential storage where Austrian or EU law requires it.
Consent will not be bundled with necessary storage. Refusing optional storage will not prevent access to the public legal information, although a feature that depends on a selected third party may not work without that interaction.
4. Your controls
You can delete or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary authentication or security storage may prevent sign-in or other requested functions. If a consent preference tool is introduced, it will allow you to change optional choices at any time.
